Please note the following financial obligations required at move in:

  • $25 Application fee
  • Security deposit equal to 1 (one) month’s rent
  • Pet deposit (if applicable) of $200
  • Prorated rent for the move in month
  • City of Moscow Mills water, sewer, & trash deposit $200
  • Cuivre River Electric deposit up to approx. $250 (the deposit to this utility varies, contact Cuivre    River for more info.)
